I had some notes about a video and then messed up or mismatched audio combined with it, but they would both be personal stories — so A records a one minute message about ‘family’ or something and then B does the same, but then when you see the recording, it’s of A’s video as they spoke but B’s audio. Something along those lines.

Communication itself is evidence that we are separate or that we are fooled into believing we are separate — we are trapped in illusion.

So anyway, maybe you would see your video with someone else’s voice or you would see a video with your voice. How would that feel?

I talked about how it would be hard to involve collaboration with this piece, but people could ‘hack’ it by going through it again with a partner to get a new product — so this would meet my needs for getting ‘something more’ from the experience. So it would be interested to see what people came up with and how much they decide to communicate and struggle with it to get something ‘unintended’ out of it — to what lengths for communication?

[In the end I decided the 2 way mirror was the most powerful and I should go with that directly.]
